Dental Practice Consulting

Secrets to New Patient Phone Calls

My way of consulting is to find out exactly what the professional wants to achieve, figure out the best method/technique for helping him/her get there, review that technique with the doctor, ensure it is something the staff will not abandon ship on and lay out the best way to arrive at point B. One on one meetings in person and then on the phone once the client is up and running and confident in "doing" what needs to be done. The consultant is the cheerleader as well as the "coach". Goals are achieved one step at a time and the pace is determined by the client not the coach.

We can go at light speed or stay within the speed limits – the point is to match the capability of the client and then help them to get even better! Consulting is fun, we concentrate on the positive – not the negative. Call for a free consultation visit and find out if it's right for you. If it isn't I will be the first to tell you and we will part friends. I've been doing this for 23 years and at the risk of sounding egotistical – I'm good at what I do and can help anyone who truly wants the help and isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves to get what they want out of life.Coaching is a fairly new term currently being used in the management consulting field.

In my personal opinion the main difference between coaching and consulting is - a management consultant has their own technique or past successful ways of helping a professional improve the bottom line of his or her practice and they are skilled at implementing those techniques.

If the technique doesn’t agree with the professional and/or staff – and the consultant does not have an alternative method for achieving the desired goals….. there could be problems. We specialize in solutions that fit the needs of the client, nothing else really matters.

Call now and set up an appointment for us to talk and find out if Dental Team Success is right for you.
